These are the four big toes of the statues of men who hold up the entranceway to the Romanian embassy on Nerudova street. If you touch all four toes while on the way down the street it is supposed to bring good luck. Never worked for me in 15 years but maybe I'm a bit hasty. Maybe I'm asking TOO much.!
