The American Bar

Me and JB back in the American bar in the basement of the Obecni dum in 2007. When we used to run this space back in 1993 it looked more like the bar from Star Wars with about the same cast of characters. This was the quiet end and thru the doors to the right led to the huge club/venue space with the 40 foot bar. Those were the days. Joe Strummer played for us in there when we put on a benefit for Bosnian refugees. Our whole business was more or less a refuge for Bosnian refugees. At least 30 of the 100 refugees from that war working for us were from Bosnia
