One of the few remnants of the Communist past. A canned goods shop in the old town. You still sometimes see these old abandoned buildings but not so often anymore. This bldg is owned by the city so there is obviously some corruption going on as certain individuals vie for control over the property. Commie bastards still run the city basically. What am I saying?
