Dig it

The Czechs are really good at ripping up the roads. They do it quickly and efficiently from 7 in the morning and are usually done by 3 in the afternoon so the workers can get to the pub early.
Then the problem arises as to who is supposed to put it all back together again. This job takes a bit more skill and therefore takes a bit longer. I think the average ratio is about 1000:1. So it took them 8 hours to rip up the street outside my flat in order to install some gas pipes for the street lights and it should take them about a year to finish the job.
